Dear Sir,
I have placed an Order – Fire boult smart watch to Amzon on 24th July. The amount paid 3499/-.It suppose to deliver on the same day. I wait whole day but it has not delivered. Even It has not delivered on 25th July as well.26th July I called to customer care, they have confirmed that the product may be damaged on transit so they have raised and replacement/ refund request. On 26th the evening the Order has been delivered but the courier asking for replacement product. But I have nothing to replace. so he has not given me the product. Then I check the app. The Order has been cancelled automatically. Refund request raised. Since from then I was just waiting for the refund. Nothing has been refunded to my account yet. Everyday customer care asking me to wait for another day. Requesting you to look in to the issue.
