I have ordered 2 wipro smart plug from amazon (ORDER # 403-1991997-9626759) and it never got delivered and after complaining several times i got refund for 1 item only and another one is getting delayed since one month and i tried talking with customer service for atleast 8 times in every 4 days which they requested
