I unfortunately went to there site for the first time and booked a ticket from bangalore to delhi.the ticket never got booked but i was charged from my bank.They said refund will come in 7 to 10 business days..After 13 days i called again today and now they told me there is some problem from the merchant side.This company has so many open refund requests and still they are fooling people over internet.
