I booked airline ticket on 24th July 2021 for my daughter from Raipur to Chandigarh with reference ID REF301338635 and the same was cancelled immediately by them but the amount not refunded to me till now even after more than one month. Whenever I call their customer care number they just ask me to wait further for 10-15 days. It has happened thrice. It seems that they are not interested in refunding the amount. They are frauds and cheaters.
