I have been defrauded by this company, Royal Club International. They have taken 1.30 Lakh rupees from me in the name of membership and annual maintenance. Recently they booked me a Hotel in Ahmedabad (Pinnacle Hotel) which denied me a room as I did not carry evidence of my marriage certificate. To be more precise in the first place, the RCI guys booked me for a 2 star hotel wherein they had promised as per their memebership note of providing atleast a 3 star hotel, they try giving you cheap hotels. I am not sure if they have any affiliation with any Hotels at all. When I tried reaching them out for solution they completely denied any help, Saying you that I should carry the certificate and they won’t book any other hotel. I have seen no customer reviews positive for them. I agree that it was a mistake from my end before I went ahead and took their memebership. But now I see there are other consumers who also have been affected.
As a result I am posting my consumers complaint in hope that I get my refund from these Fraudsters.. Please help me get the right solution.
