I had booked Air tickets on Paytm on the 26th Sept18( Paytm Reference # 87847228). The transaction could not go thro’ at Paytm end. However, they debited me the amount of Rs 7653/- On perusal for Refund, Paytm confirmed that the Refund will be undertaken and it will reflect in my bank account within 14 days. Its being far beyond 14 days and I am still to receive the refund. I have already send out several reminders but the Standard reply I have received states they are working on this. Needhelp on getting this refund.
