Greetings!
Due to covid My booking NN2116052090444 on 21st Aug 2020 was impacted and I had to cancel this booking due to airline stopped functioning. I did cancel my booking on 27th May 2020. I keep on receiving messages that there is a delay from Airline to process my refund. It continues almost for a year and in April 2021 I received a message like your account details are not correct so we could not process your refund. Please update your account details. I did so as there were 3 different amounts MMT has mentioned under the refund section
RS 315 – even after updating bank details more than 3 times its not processed yet
RS 593 – even after updating bank details more than 3 times it’s not processed yet
RS 33114 – after 2nd-time account detail update, I did receive a message on 27th April 2021 that your refund is successful – Refund successful Expected By 28 Apr 2021, 16:05
I waited until 10th May 2021 and then I raised a query regarding the refund not being processed. MMT executive told me to check with my bank with UTR number. So I did so and received update from the bank that they have not received any inward transaction with this UTR number.
So it seems MMT is doing this with most of the customers and it’s a kind of online FRAUD they are doing.
None of the contact number and email id is working to get in touch with the airlines so I called one of my friend in India to call any local MMT office in Pune and get at least any working support email where I can drop them an email with my concern.

After receiving an email id from my friend ([email protected]) I tried to chase MMT via emails as none of the numbers they have provided are working. Calling on this number is just a waste of time. But didn’t receive any fruitful response. They just started doing ping pong by saying your ticket has reached to the domestic department so please raise it to the International department and blab bla bla
Finally after dropping emails for 4-5 times I did receive call from one of the MMT executive (Mr. Rishi Rishi) and he mentioned over the phone that your refund had some issue so couldn’t get processed and our Finance team will drop you an email and even call you within 48 hrs. It’s almost 5 days now, but no reply or call from MMT.
I have even mentioned to them that If my account details are not correct, please go ahead and add this amount to my MMT wallet.
Please look into this as it seems a very big FRAUD is going on with customers.
