I have made a booking with ID NF29116267766898 with MakeMyTrip for Travel in April 2020. The flight was cancelled due to pandemic and Indigo Airlines had provided a credit shell for 9962.00. In oct 2020 based on the Courts order, the Credit shell was changed to refund and the Airlines have confirmed that they made the refund to MMT already. However, MMT is not responding to any emails and the customer care is not responsive.
