Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note i have cancelled the ticket with PNR 2557173184 and payment made was from Google pay, account linked was HDFC bank. but due to some reasons i need to close the HDFC bank account so have not received the refund yet.
As we have discussed with HDFC bank team as well, they have informed that bank will not hold any payment for so long and they have reverse back the amount to gateway and informed the same to IRCTC but no resolution yet..
It’s now more than 4 months and i am escilating the issues with IRCTC and HDFC Bank and no one is giving any firm update.. IRCTC is saying they have processed the refund and bank is saying we dont have received any claim from IRCTC..
Would request you to pls help in resolving this matter.
