I booked a flight from Banglore to Frankfurt through goibibo. Unfortunately because of visa delay I cancelled it through airlines. Its been around 50 days since I cancelled the ticket but till now I haven’t received any refund from the travel agency. When I called them they are telling they haven’t get refund from air India so then I called Air India and enquired the same then they said they already initiated a payment and gave transaction I’d : 098ZFRQIQEV3. Please help me with this issue.
