Dear Sir / Madam
I had some purchase through my credit card 4541982337731126 Manhattan card the same was returned and Filipkart
This is with reference to my Flipkart order no. OD126010732719732000 Dated 15th Sept’2022 & OD126045471890331000 Dated 19th Sept’2022
We suppose total receive 7 refunds all together however we have received only 3 refunds. We have contacted Filip kart many times for balance 4 refund. Your team is just calling wasting time & don’t work on the case. Neither I am getting refund nor conclusive communication.
Here I have attached 2 communications done standard charted (Ref No: 10/22/039026 & 10/22/087688/SP/CRD on case no KMM40889544V57489L0KM)
Standard charted is they are asking Flipkart communication to Marchant & return transaction details but your team is failed to submit the same
