I ordered a phone on 7th of may, my order gets cancelled, since then i have been trying to get my money back (refund) but last 5 days nothing has been done regarding this request. Whenever i call the executive or tweet they say they are trying to resolve the problem and will refund the money in 8 working days but i see no sign of it. Its been 18 days now.
