Text of Complaint by Babu C:

An order was placed on 6/Jun/2023 via Sodexo card. Amount was deducted, but order was not placed.
Since then until today 16/Aug/2023 i have been trying to check the status of the refund, all i get to hear is 3-5 working days.
I cannot have chat with the executive, nor they call back. I cannot make call to Blinkit as well.
with this kind of situation, i am not sure if i will get the refund back as well.
