Hello Sir,

In brief, An item was ordered (order details below) on apr 2. Product was faulty and a replacement was created. Replacement happened and replaced product was also faulty. Another pick-up was created to return the product. No one came to pick it up. Several pick-ups were then created and I was asked to finally discard the product and a refund was processed via email communicated to me on April 26 (image attached) and refund was expected by April 30.

I have not received the refund yet and customer care is giving lame excuses such as internal approvals and beyond customer care.

The entire experience has been very unprofessional.
