I ordered a Samsung Mobile phone from Amazon worth Rs 10,499 on 5th June 2022 and the same was returned on 22 nd June.
Amazon said they issued refund on 23rd June 2022 but the same is not credited to my Account.

When I contacted the bank with reference number they said Amount might have been credited back to Amazon.

Please look into the refund issue
