Dear Consumer court,
Greetings
I got refund from Amazon Rs. 4144.
refund has been issued according to amazon and the transaction ID is 924411769339.
payment method was UPI.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytment bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which amazon provided 818115253776.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice .
