I had installed Airtel Broadband and paid for 6-month advance service and was assured that if I cancel before 6 months I will get refund of balance. I cancelled after 1 month as there was no wifi connection for 3 days continuously and multiple times in a week. I received message from Airtel that my service has been cancelled and I will receive my refund, however, it has now been more than a month and I haven’t received the refund. I called customer service, send numerous emails and even went to the store, but there was no help. They said that refund has been processed, however, I have not received anything.
