I have raised an inquiry for my honeymoon travel to maldives country on a mobile
application of a travel firm named Travel Triangle, through them i received calls from travel agency named Ocean Travel Studio.
I booked an hotel in maldives through them, and i paid more than 50% of the total amount in advance (Total amount – 71600), and i was unable to pay the full amount at
that time due to some personal financial issues, after that on 16-Feb-2023 i paid the full amount and then they told me that hotel is sold out and the bookings in the hotel got cancelled.
After that, as my plan is totally ruined,
iasked the travel firm (Travel Triangle) and Ocean travel studio to refund all the amount i paid them.
Now, they are charging me cancellation fees for the same.
Ihave requested them several times to do not charge any fees on me for this. They are denying and not refunding my whole amount.
