I booked AI912/27 oct DXB-BOM on 25 Oct 21. My Creditcard was charged AED 1295 but no ticket confirmation received. I called Airindia at approx 14.30 IST and was told by the lady attending the call that there had been an error and that the booking had been cancelled and that the cancelled PNR was HYBBZ and that i would recieve a refund.
i then filled out a form and a complaint was registered WB-IDXB261021750 .after further emails the answer is fill up the details of your flight etc or under process.
