I have ordered a washing machine from Flipkart.com on 14th January, and did payment by my Dhani Free cashback card. But for some reasons, i had to cancel my order on 15th January, Flipkart has initiated and settled my refund on 15th January only, but Dhani is not giving my refund, they said to wait 7-10 days. Now it’s more than 12 days they are kept on saying that we are looking forward to help you, but they are not helping. please help me it’s a big amount of Rs. 16790. I would like to file a complaint against Dhani company.
