Requested broadband disconnection in jan 2021 and received email from airtel refund has been processed on 23 jun 2021 which was not. They requested for bank statement shared the same and bow the refund date has been shifted to 10 nov 2021. We have shared the bank statement till 7 jan 2022. No refund has been receiving till now
