I placed a mobile Oneplus Nord CE 2 request on VLE Bazar 30-11-2022, and because of the delay in delivery (it took more than 11 days and the item is still not dispatched from their side), I contacted customer care and asked to cancel the item as I couldn’t be able to cancel the order through VLE’s website. This has been more than 3 days since they have not sent cancellation mail yet. I have made payments through a credit card.
Now they are saying that you will get your refund in one week.
Please help me ?
