Hello On February 12 we have received Titan Neo Ladies watch as per delivery. After checking its lack of quality, we planned to return it. Return has been initiated and we waited for refund. Amazon agent verified the product and collected in Amazon’s package and told like refund will come within 3 to 5 business days. It’s been a month still we didn’t receive any refund. We called customer care center and they said item is incorrect and therefore refund will not be initiated. If item is missing during the process of return and refund why should customer bear the consequence? Customer care people are not helping in this matter. And Amazon specialist says we don’t want to reveal no further details on this matter. Item is incorrect like that they are saying, I asked what item was delivered and they send no response. We are stuck and lost 3836/- because of this. Integrity is important and they showed lack of that and we need our refund. Kindly help us.
