I had booked ticket for Indigo via paytm app. Because of Corona I got an option to cancel my ticket and get a refund from the website called Plan B. I opted for the same.
They have refunded Rs 7610 to paytm. Paytm has refunded on Rs 2021 stating that indigo has not refunded anything.
I have given them the email from the Nodal Officer but 3 months there is no refund and no one replies. Just copy paste replies that we are looking into the issue.
