Text of Complaint by T Sree Rukmini:

Hi, I have placed an order from Ajio FL0250427830, FL0250789298. I have returned  these products as they are not correct fit to me. I have returned the products to the delivery guy. He accepted them only after checking the image from my mobile. Return is attempted successfully  and I was waiting  for the refund. Since I didn’t get the refund in with the time period mentioned I called customer care  to enquire. They told me that since they are non ajio products refund is not initiated and reshipped the products to me. For one order I only received a part of it which is the pant ( it is Aurelia kurta and pant set) and for the other product I have ordered the blue jeans of us polo brand jeans but after reshippment I received outryt brand grey jeans. But I have given correct products to delivery  guy so only jeans accepted the return and somehow the products  has been misplaced and now i should bare the consequences
