I had ordered one floor lamp. Since it was damaged, I had initiated the return. Return pick up was done successfully on June 27th, but I didn’t receive the refund. I waited for the refund and when it didn’t happen, I raised a complain from pepperfy app. But I didn’t get any response. I got one call and an email, that we are looking into that. After multiple follow ups, I am still waiting for the refund initiation. This is not at all expected from such an established online shopping service. Kindly, look into this. I am only left with raising it on social media
