booked an air ticket with flipkart on Aug 10, 20 (PNR H2L8N) which i cancelled on the same date but i cancelled it i called flipkart customer care and they assured me that i will get a full refund. And its been more than 8 months and i still didnt get the refund even though it has been cleared by air india.I have mailed the, I have talked to 14 customer care executive and have provided my bank details already but nothing seems to work.
It looks like flipkart like to torture their customer and to waste their customer’s time and like to play around with them. It seems like flipkart dont want to give the money back. And if that is the case then i have to take legal action against it for torture, fraud and not giving my money back.
