I ordered (Mi X Pro 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Google TV with Dolby Vision IQ and 30W Dolby Atmos) but I cancelled the order on Sat,17th June. Order Value 32999Rs.But still now money is not refunded to my account. I called Customer care so many times but the customer support agent will escalate the issue and will get a call from my concern department and wait for 24 hours . but still now I did not get any call from your end. Still How many days can I wait ?
I don’t know what you guys are doing? Please respond immediately.
If money is not refunded Today I will file a case against Flipkart. Please take it seriously. Already 10 days completed and no response what you guys are doing?
I raised so many complaints but no response without giving any reply, ticket was closed HOW? My issue is not resolved. How are you guys closing the ticket? This is the reply I get from your team “As per our conversation your issue is resolved” without providing any resolution to your team closing the tickets .
