Text of Complaint by Rahul Mangal:

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

I Ordered item (#404-0220898-8572315) from Amazon and cancelled the same due to some reasons. I paid the money through internet banking. But the money has nit been refunded to my account. I Called amazon thrice they asked me to contact bank. As directed by the helpline i called in my bank but they said that the reference id provided by the bank is not generated by the bank, it has been generated by third party. Once again i called amazon but they didn’t give any resolution.

Kindly help me in this matter and ask amazon that why they make fool of consumers like this. Why a costumer has to wait this much for the refund.
