Text of Complaint by Krishant sah:

I sold 60 grams of silver using DigiGold platform on 15-10-2025. The order shows “Pending Payment,” and no amount has been credited to my linked bank account (SBI). Multiple follow-ups and support requests to DigiGold team have gone unanswered. This delay is causing me financial loss and mental harassment.What I Request:
Immediate refund of ₹9,474.42 to my bank account, and compensation for harassment as per policy, since more than the maximum 7 working days timeline has already passed.Attachments:Sale order screenshot (showing pending payment status)Invoice copy (if portal allows PDF)Any complaint acknowledgment/reference number (MCA or NCH, if available)
