Text of Complaint by Poonam Singh:

I am Poonam ||Singh, I want to make a complain against Shriram Shopify. I ordered a product worth 799 on 02/23/2021 as i saw their advertise on facebook and received after a week don’t exactly remember the date. The product i received was cheap damaged and the wrong one. I called them several times for refund and take away their product , every employee I talk to give me same excuses that the person would be at my place in a week to take away the product and the refund would be initiated in cash. I am really tired of their excuses and want to sue them and get my refund.
