We are the profit club members of big bazaar having INR 10000 balance in the card made last year, since the store is shut in Elante Mall Chandigarh, and they asked us to send email along the uploaded documents to gain refund. The mail is getting bounced back as their inbox is full and mail is not reaching them. The customer care service number doesnt work and there is no other connect that we have. Please help us gain refund.
