I ordered a jeans from meesho app. But it have size fit issues so i returned it. I made online payment for the order. After returning the parcel they processed my refund from their side and told to wait for 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in my account but but there is no amount credited. I made conplaints with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end. The bank says that there are no such payments received. Also the bank provided the bank statement for reference
