This email is regarding PNR I9ZF7G. I have booked the flight for Jammu, which got cancelled due to operational reasons. I have asked for the refund on the 7th late night or maybe on the 8th (00.15 am), and your representative said that it would be refunded 7 to 10 working days.
I waited patiently till yesterday, and when I called your helpline for the refund status on 17th June 2021 ( it was late afternoon from my numberĀ 9930922686), the representative said it would take 30 working days and asked me to refer to the policy. When I told him that I had been told it would take 7 to 10 working days, he said it’s wrong and asked me to wait for 30 working days. When I asked him to transfer the call to the senior manager or team leader, he said they would give the same information, and also, there is no policy where he can transfer the call to the higher authority. He was very rude while replying. I would request you to please listen to the call once.
I have contacted Go air through social media, and they too gave the diplomatic answer. Today I got a call from 022-68968715, and there was a girl named Ms Sonia who was reading the script. She has repeated one line 8 times in 5 mins. She said there is a delay from Go air, and a refund will be initiated in 7 to 10 working days. She did not have any details apart from repeating her line. I guess nowadays municipality folks speak better than Ms Sonia.
My simple question is when I will get my refund, and if it’s processed, give me the reference number.
I will be waiting for the call from the higher authority (I hope not Ms Sonia again).
I am looking forward to the resolution.
