i got a levis pant from ajio, due to size issue i returned the product, but a got a mail from ajio that the product i returned was a non ajio product which is wrong as during return pick up by ajio currier boy i showed and checked currier person the pant, even in app also it was showing that return received but after many time contact to ajio customer care they sebt back me a small boy pant which does not belongs to me, again i contact ajio customer care, again the wrong item which i received was re picked up y currier boy but still i am not getting my refund even there is no response from ajio.
ompany is telling that i had returned non ajio product, that is false, as during return pickup from customer the currier person from company checked the item which i am returning is same item he is ordered to pick up or not, fault happened from currier side or may be from ajio, it should rechecked by them. they are directly blamming customer about wrong item . no sollution
