we booked airline tct from easemytrip.com and paid in advance for costlier tct for comfort not to get trouble .
when in etct i m getting already confirmed seats 11a and 12b . airline was fully aware of one person is senior citizen becos before i selected 11a and 11b and when in email i received 12a i called helpline they told me my mother is senior citizen so front row seat not given.
when i m getting on etct booked on 1 june airline fully aware of passenger criteria how can they justify it now eligibility or non eligibly . Even while seating the support staff a lady also told us we will get refund. it will be non refusable if i would have given 11a and 12a seats . last moment we got free seats like other passengers we stood in line . why we dont have any information about changing the seats ???? pls look again the whole scenario they are selling same seats many times … when seat no is mentioned on etct its a negligence of reservation counter staff she didnt look properly and without information changed our seats….its a cheating and manipulation , my mistake is i trusted and paid in advance and even i trusted their words and agreed to sit on 18c and 18b… plsss plsss just over look the these are free seats allotted randomly , if i m not given the services 11a and 11b is the stilted seats i paid for comfort not for listening bullshit of air india…. this is not case of eligibility or whatever airline wants to decide at the moment or not … when i paying more money than other passengers i deserved that service if not givn the services i need my money back simple….. pls ask the airlines to pay of their negligence and manipulation . i already wasted my time its been 25 days i am writing them daily and i hop justice from you .
Airline was fully aware of my mother is senior citizen we booked wheel chair also .
Why airline is justify eligibility after I am asking my refund ???
Points to overlook ..
Why passenger haven’t asked before choosing seats 11a and 11b is there any senior citizen.
Once I already paid I should have got call from airline of agent that I need to replace the seats.
They are doing anything to hide their mistakes,,, why I will pay for their ill literate staff and poor customer services .
I have full faith in our Indian law and as a common man I don’t have money to put lawsuit on airline
So pls help me get my refund.
