I had booked Hotel Siddharth for an academic visit to Rajgir on 16th June 2023 on 4th May 2023. Generally, customers use the phone number provided on the website for inquiring or booking. I did the same. Paid an advance of 3000/-INR. For some reasons I couldn’t stay at the Hotel and called them for a refund on the same day. Staff at the hotel had transferred the phone to several persons and I was informed that a refund is not possible and they would adjust it some time later if I or anyone I refer to stay there. Today again to reconfirm this I called the hotel and used the same number from day 1 of the Hotel Siddharth communication. Today they gave me a new number telling it is the owner’s number not mentioned on the website. He was so rude with his communication, he straightaway denied any of my communication stating that previously I have spoken to the persons has left the hotel. Neither refund nor adjustments can be done. I would like to get this hotel blacklisted so that no one faces this harassment in future.
