Text of Complaint by Rakesh Meena:

I was book 2 ticket in jet airways (PNR NO. AWFAXC) and flight no. 9W-418 in 2019. But this flight was not operational. But my refund not received.I am communicate make my trip and jet airways many time. But my refund was not received. Please do needful on urgent basis.
