I am residing in Tamil Nadu > Coimbatore
I have been using Jio Fiber for the past Three years.
The net connection was deactivated from 1st Jan 2021.
I had complained to the Service official Balu but they were not in a position to solve the issue.I was out of town from 9th Jan 2021 to 31st Jan 2021.
When i returned back the net connection was not available.
I called up Balu – Service Head in Coimbatore and he sent Hariharan – Service Staff to inspect the complaint.On inspecting the issue , he told me that their was a problem in the Set off box and also at the back end. The connection was set right on 5th Feb 2021.
The problem was not due to my fault and i have sent several mail’s to Jio asking them to
Credit the amount of Rs.824-82 which i have been paying per month for the plan ie
Rs.699-00 + GST . This amount is against non availability of net connection for one month.
Kindly initiate action for the Credit amount.
