I have ordered 23 items of groceries in JIOMART online, but the items are not delivered. I paid the amount through online payment (Sodexo Meal Pass). Still, the product is not delivered. I have called so many times to Jiomart customer care. But I am unable to get my products as well as my refund amount.
Kindly help me to resolve the above problem
