My friend booked a bus for me on 28/01/2023. Booking ID – 20268145874. I had conversation with driver regarding pickup point and time. Even after reaching on time, Bus departed. Driver and operators were too rude. I raised a complaint in paytm. After several follow ups, Customer care replied that Driver denied my refund and mentioned that Bus was on pick up point till 9:10 PM. Which is a clear lie. Paytm listens to operator and not customers. On what basis Paytm trusts operators more than customer. Did they check phone logs of driver?? How many times, I called him? Was bus really there till 9:10?. Paytm is clearly not a safe app for Bus booking. Please provide me my refund. It was an emergency travel. Bus operator clearly left me with no choice but to beg other bus services for 1 ticket till my home town @ 10 PM. This was one of the worst experience of my life.
