Text of Complaint by Mohammad Hussain Shariff:

Dear Sir / Madam

This is Mohammed Husain Sharif I had book my flight with IndiGo website on 26 August 2021 afternoon around at 12:30 or 12 45 I have booked one flight from Bangalore to Delhi and another flight from Delhi to Bangalore the date of the first flight was 14 September 2021 and the the return flight from Delhi is 17 September 2020-21 immediately after I book the flight there was a payment initiated from the IndiGo website and amount deducted from my account after which I got a message of confirmation that it had been confirmed immediately after few minutes I got one more message stating that your payment is pending your amount has been deducted from the bank you will get a refund in 24 hours or 48 hours and there was subsequently mail also I got in my inbox stating that you will you will get your refund amount back within 5 to 7 working days for which I waited for 5 to 7 working days and then I initiated a small query with the help of IndiGo website inform the dootie the one who is chatting with me on the chat box i inform them and also I inform my bank that the amount has been deducted from my bank

please let me know what is a problem that the bank people said me the problem has been that the request has been taken by from the bank and in the same will be reflected in 30 days and it will take some time to discuss with the merchant and get back to us

so I waited for 15 days after which I went to the travel agent and I took my other flights from Air Asia on the same day but the timing was 1120am

morning today after 20 days af 20 days at night 1:27am morning I got a message that Indigo has send me the message your PNR is showing show and ticket has been confirmed

this is this is highly unexpected service from the reputed airline
company .

At midnight of having a flight in the morning not giving any intimation after confirmation of the ticket after deduction of the amount after after confirmation of the mail there is no mail after 26th August there is no mail after 30th of the August there is no mail not even the message not even a call from the Indigo airlines that the ticket have been confirmed and this is your PNR I did not got any message after 26 of August you can see and you can see the dates where I am sending the screenshot also and I have requested the assistant manager Daya sir and also Rupa madam in the Bangalore airport and I have asked them to refund my amount as a refund amount kindly do the needful sir I am waiting for your reply it is it is it is a very big amount has been deducted from a bank account

kindly request you to please do the needful and oblige my words and refund my amount as early as possible.

I wish to continue flying in future with IndiGo,kindly justify my words and do the needful refund
