Text of Complaint by Rimika:

Sir/ mam , On the amazon site i placed order for 2 pairs of earrings of Clara and it was delivered on 11 April 2022 . The parcel was delivered at home at 6:30 pm . When parcel was opened we found one 1 pair of earrings,other was missing. I had paid for them through UPI Rs 2786.44 . The order # is408-1454704-0034718.

I talked to customer service same day. I was told to wait for for 4-5 for their investigation. And to call them back after that.

After a week i called amazon representatives again, i was told that the investigation is complete and they can’t refund or deliver my missing product. And they can’t help me in this order more and contact the ofm team through emails as they only can help. And the call was disconnected saying I can ask any other thing besides this order complaint.I was in utter surprise of this behaviour !!

Yet i again talked to customer care and i asked her about replacement of missing product .she agreed and told me to place a replacement order . I ordered replacement for missing product, it was accepted by site but when replacement arrived the delivery boy refused to give the replacement without giving the product. As i had no product replacement was cancelled by delivery boy. So i am left with only 1 product at the end . Loss of clear RS1514.05 due negligence by the amazon and delivery company.

Since then I am trying to talk to Amazon on various platforms — emails and social media. But they just wasted time on the name of investigation!! And concluded the same that they delivered order intact as confirmed by their logistics team. And now no one is reverting to my grievance on emails and social media.

As they told they did investigation ,which is totally faulty I need the investigation pictures which has scanned images of the parcel from the seller Clara showroom ,Delhi — gurugram — kolkata– koderma checking points reflecting my parcel details . Because I got only one box in packet but they saying it had 2 boxes inside. !!
