Text of Complaint by Vishal Agarwal:

While making payment I got name of people to whom I made recent transaction where I saw the name Pankaj and as I paid Pankaj recently I made the transaction then I realized it is wrong pankaj…when I tried calling to the person the number was saying it doesn’t exist. When I called paytm they said they can’t help it and I need to register police complaint. When I asked the why the Pankaj appearing in recent transaction as I made payment to this number 5 months back they were not sure and said it automated. I just requested them to contact from their end once as their app lead to this incorrect payment but they denied. Its ridiculous. What is hilarious is that it is still showing first 3 recent transactions to whom I paid months ago.
