This is usha, i have got loan from HDB gold loan, at the time of closing they simply said to transfer the amount to their company account. I have transfer amount from my brother account. While get to branch they simply said u have to transfer from applicant account they wont said before. After that i have closed all the account and raised for refund, this was done on 13 Dec 2022.
