Text of Complaint by Vibhore Jayaswal:

My flight from Delhi-Kolkata-Port Blair dt. 13th Dec 2020 (PNR – LWR2SO) had been cancelled by the operator – Vistara. On my telephonic conversation with the Vistara customer care around 15th Dec ’20, the customer care had confirmed that they had approved the refund to MMT there and then, and the same should be processed by MMT within the next 7 days. Further, I had also raised a refund request with MMT on the same day under the category – ‘Flight was cancelled by the Airline’. I have re-submitted the same request multiple times subsequently with MMT.

Unfortunately, despite the refund approval by Vistara and all the refund requests made to MMT, there has neither been any communication nor any refund processing on part of the OTA as yet. Further to my disappointment, there is NO WAY TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES OR WRITE AN EMAIL TO THEM. The customer care number provided on the website only leads you to disconnecting the call with a message that things can be done on the website itself. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care executives since over a month now but no success, leave the resolution of my issue.
