I had made flights booking for a round trip via PAYTM unfortunately my flights were cancelled from JET AIRWAYS. I have been calling the customer care for the refund status from the past 2 months and there is no valid reply from PAYTM, paytm care is not addressing my queries and are not proving any response to my query. JET AIRWAYS assured me that PAYTM will give a full refund when I approached them.
