Text of Complaint by Himanshu Singh:

The Jio fiber was disconnected and devices were picked up on 01/08/2021 and each time on when I email and call customer care to take follow up they keep saying to wait for 7-14 days and now it’s 37 days. And now they are asking to wait till tat time of 30 more days. Till date unable to refund my deposit. I am so frustrated i have not received my refund of RS 8072.

I seek the refund of my money and deposit on an immediate basis with the genuine reason for the delay (where is my money, where it is stucked. which already taken 37 but still in process).
