Text of Complaint by ANJAN PRASAD:

Against Order no 31052741047190080, I had placed Order on 8th June 2024 for Ali garments Cream Cargo Stylish Casual Pant (Trouser) after reading all reviews for my daughter but when I received the package on 12th June 2024, we were surprised and shocked to see a completely different product, Dirty and full of stains all over. Then despite raising a Return request immediately the same day on 12th June 2024 without wasting any time thru Meesho app against the product, the courier person came the next day on 13th June 2024 and rejected the pickup saying that its a different product than what is shown in product page. We literally felt Cheated from Meesho. Then we called up immediately to Meesho Help Center on 13th June 2024 and after 3-4 attempts, a lady executive called back and she asked to file a new Complaint by choosing as ” the Missing Item” and uploaded the pic of different product received and said that Refund will be processed after review and approval after 24 hours that is today by 5 pm on 14th June 2024. But when we didn’t get any update from Meesho even after 27 hours got over, then again I called up Meesho Help Center and then spoke to executive Mr Raj and he clearly denied any such Complaint filed and Refused to help for Refund. I’m attaching the Unboxing Video and pics of the Different product received which is Dirty and full of Stains. Who will wear such kind of cloth….
This is the sequence of our raising Complaint every daywise :
On 12th June, the package with wrong product was delivered,
On 12th June, the Return Request was submitted immediately within 2 hours of reaching home.
On 13th june, The Courier person rejected the pickup due to the wrong product.
On 13th june , I spoke to Meesho customer care Lady executive who promised to help and raised another Complaint by guiding how and what to select for return and refund and asked us to wait for 24hours for Approval & Refund.
On 14th June, when I didn’t get any update, then I spoke to Mr Raj, Meesho Executive at around 7.45pm who clearly refused to Refund my hard earned money.
On 14th June, when I suspected that Meesho team is reluctant in refunding the hard earned money, then Filed Online Consumer Complaint with all details of Fraud and Cheat Seller Ali garments, tughlakabad extn, delhi
On 15th June, again i’m writing these details with Unboxing video and Pics of this product to look intoo the matter again and understand how such Fraud and Cheat Sellers are looting our hard earned money under the nose of Meesho Platform and how Meesho team is supporting them by not Refund Customer’s money Genuinely.
This Seller is Big CHEAT and Fraud who is wasting customer’s time and energy for such small benefit and cheating customer like this. Request you to kindly look into the matter and HELP in Refund of my hard earned money and oblige….tks
