I am constrained to express my displeasure and resentment at the supply of a defective refrigerator by whirlpool india . I bought BMR double door Whirlpool Refrigerator of 325 litres in January 2021. The refrigerator didn’t give me a trouble-free and satisfactory service even for a few days. The main trouble started in the freezing section of the refrigerator. After an irritating service for a couple of days, it stopped working all of a sudden. It also started making an unbearable and irritating sound. We have been calling and contacting the company for last 5 months. But we have got no satisfactory response. The area manager starts yelling. Always we have got the rude response from their side. Also everytime we call them, they are continuously manipulating us by giving new date to transfer the refund. We are suffering since January. We have no Refrigerator that can of use with us. Plus we have no funds to buy another refrigerator. We faced a loss of items worth rs 2000, kept inside the fridge. We are suffering this inconvenience for last 5 months. And company is using our funds and even not passing the refund. We are frustrated with whirlpool service. They are just asking us to wait. Since march they are just promising us to pass refund. We are helpless now. Seeking to get response from the forum.
